Powered by careers as a safety engineer, corporate executive, combat veteran, proud father of five, and soon to be registered nurse, my story is about driving change, improving the lives of others, and a relentless drive for results. Whether on the battle field or in the boardroom, I have focused on our family motto "Keep Moving Forward." As the famous Rocky Balboa says "You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done."
My life, as many others, has been filled with decisions that have been favorable or ones that I have learned from. Each twist and turn is an opportunity to live, to learn and to evolve. Each time I am faced with a new obstacle, my focus is about how can I conquer what lies ahead. This has given me the confidence to make several career changes and push myself into the unknown.
In the face of darkness & uncertainty, you just have to keep moving forward.
My passion in life is helping others to succeed and making a difference in the lives of others. There is no greater joy than seeing an athlete reach their goals- no matter how small or impossible they may be. I utilize all the skills, knowledge, and wisdom I have everyday to help others succeed as well as safely live to fight another day. I love to see smiles and I will use an assortment of dad joke to get you to show me one or have a laugh in this high-stress world. It is my mission and my passion to create the best experience and ensure the most productive workout for all of my athletes from novice to games-level.
3,2,1..Go!
