About Coach

I've always been fascinated by biomechanics. Fueled by my love for science and mathematics, physics was my favorite subject in school. My athletic career was primarily hockey for 8 months out of every year growing up, and peaked at the Clarkson University Division I practice squad.

Turning Point

After college, hockey left a large void in my active lifestyle. I turned to P90X, bodybuilding, and eventually found CrossFit in the fall of 2011. It was a whole new world with seemingly endless opportunities. I never turned back. I've spent the last 10+ years trying to become a more capable human by any means necessary.
