About Coach

I’m a lifelong lacrosse athlete and national champion cheerleader with a strong passion for fitness. I graduated from SUNY Albany where I studied business, and my journey in fitness has always been rooted in functional movement—helping people perform better in their everyday lives. Fitness isn’t just about aesthetics for me; it's about building strength, speed, and resilience, which is why functional fitness has always been such a priority in my life. Outside the gym, I run the Capital Region's best worm farm, VERMILUV, driven by my frustration with the lack of action around sustainability. I believe it's time for me to take the lead in making a real difference, one sustainable step at a time, and inspire others to do the same.

Turning Point

As a lacrosse player, I wasn’t always the biggest, the flashiest, or the one with the best stick skills. But I was always the strongest and one of the fastest, and those were the qualities I could control. Functional fitness gave me the edge to perform at my best, on and off the field, and it was in those moments that I realized how powerful functional movement can be. It became clear to me that fitness wasn’t just about looking good—it was about being the best version of myself, no matter the circumstances.

Motivation & Passion

My true passion lies in helping people—whether it’s assisting them with everyday tasks, guiding them to overcome challenges they thought were impossible, or helping them realize how amazing they truly are. I believe in the transformative power of fitness and self-confidence. It’s all about making people feel empowered, strong, and capable, and watching them shine in ways they never imagined possible. My motivation comes from seeing others break through barriers, exceed their expectations, and grow into the best versions of themselves. That’s what keeps me going every single day.
