Adirondack Series I is This Sunday - Good Luck Weightlifters!

This Sunday, Aevitas Weightlifting will host the Adirondack Series I Weightlifting Meet right at our very own Aevitas Round Lake location!

Come and watch as some very strong people throw around some very heavy weights!

‍

Meet Details:

- Date: Sunday, July 27th

- Location: Aevitas Round Lake, 2101 US Rt 9, Round Lake NY

- Time: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM

‍

The meet will be divided into two sessions. The women will take to the platform first, with Session 1 beginning at 10:00 AM. Then the men will take their turn, starting Session 2 at 12:30 PM.

There are 28 lifters scheduled to compete, 14 female and 14 male. Among the competitors are three of our Aevitas Weightlifting members - make sure to cheer extra loud for them!

‍

Aevitas Weightlifters competing on Sunday are Jean Fakhoury, Kellen Crouse, and Brett Andrus. All three will be competing in Session 2 in the afternoon.

Aevitas Weightlifters Take on the Arnold, ADK Regional Open

Emily Riordan successfully lifted 70kg for the Snatch, and 83kg in the Clean & Jerk, going four for six and earning a Total of 153kg Finally, Connor Lacey , competing in the University Nationals competition, gained a new PR in the Snathwith 114kg, along with a 113kg Clean & Jerk As always, we are so incredibly proud of the lifters for taking on this challenge!
