Fitness friends near and far – it’s time to get your WOD buddies together for the Team Event of the Year – The Capital Region Rumble at CrossFit Aevitas!
Check out all the details below for this year’s Capital Region Rumble team competition. We hope you can join us for what is sure to be a fantastic event!
Event Details
Date: Saturday, October 25th
Time: 8:00AM - 4:30PM
- Team Check-in Opens - 6:30AM
- First Heat Starts - 8:00 AM
- Awards Ceremony - 4:00 PM
Location: Aevitas Fitness Guilderland
- 1 Charles Blvd, Guilderland NY 12084
Format: Teams of Four (MMFF)
Divisions: Rx, Intermediate, Scaled, Masters*
- Master’s teams must include all athletes above age 35; average team age of 40 years or more.
- 4 Master’s teams are required to make this a true division. If four or more teams do not register, the teams already registered will be moved to the Intermediate or Scaled division(s), based on preference.

Workout Descriptions
The entire event will consist of three workouts (and possibly one floater) for all teams. A fourth and final workout will be run for the top teams only based on results from the initial three workout scores.
Team scores will be updated live throughout the day, so you'll know where you stand!
We will update this page as we release the individual workout descriptions and movement standards. Stay tuned!
