2025 Capital Region Rumble is a WRAP! THANK YOU all!

We don't know about you, but we are still coming down from the high of this year's Capital Regioin Rumble!

The day was full of everything we could have asked for - energy from athletes, volunteers and fans; friendly competition on the floor (and the parking lot!); great food and beverages; and of course the best clown outfit ever!

As we reflect on the day and start deciding when we're going to pencil in the next great event at Aevitas Fitness, we wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who made the day possible.

THE VOLUNTEERS

Everyone who's ever volunteered at an event knows that the volunteers end the day as exhausted as anyone!  We are so thankful for our army of support in this event and all events we organize at Aevitas.  You guys rock!

THE ATHLETES

Without that fire you have inside of you to compete, there would be no fun event like the Rumble!  Thanks to all of the athletes who took on the challenges of the day with grace and composure, fighting to do your very best for your teammates.  Beast mode was on full display all day!

THE VENDORS

From providing prize pool contributions and running raffles, to serving up hot delicious food (and coffee OMG!), to helping athletes recover and care for their bodies throughout the day, vendors are such a crucial part of any event, and we are so lucky we were able to team up with all of you this year!  We hope you want to come back and do it again someday!
