We hope you're ready to pull out all the stops for the 2025 Capital Region Rumble on Saturday, October 25th!

Workout #3 has just been announced and we think it will round out the day of competition nicely!

In this workout, the team will have to put together their greatest performance yet in order to achieve maximum reps!

Workout 3: Big Top Burn

For Workout 3, one athlete will bike at a time while a male/female pair working in tandem to complete the synchro movements. Once one segment of calories + synchro movements are completed, teams will move on to the next segment. Teams may rotate athletes however as long as the synchro movements are completed by a M/F pair.

Teams will complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes. The final score for each team will be calories + reps.

Intermediate and Scaled will complete 60,60/50,50/40,Max

Division weights are as follows:

Rx: DB (60/40), Toes To Bar, Full Wall Walks

Int. & Masters: DB (50/35), Toes To Bar, Full Wall Walks

Scaled: DB (35/20), Hanging Knee Raises, Partial Wall Walks
