On Sunday, July 26th, we're transforming Aevitas Fitness Guilderland into a full HYROX race experience!
Whether you're training for an upcoming event, curious about what HYROX is all about, or just looking for an incredible challenge, this is your chance to race in a fun, supportive environment alongside the Aevitas community.

What Is HYROX?
HYROX is one of the fastest-growing fitness races in the world, combining endurance and functional fitness into one unforgettable event.
The race format is simple, but far from easy. Athletes complete eight 1,000-meter runs, with a functional workout station after each run. the HYROX race tests your endurance, strength, pacing, and mental toughness, making it one of the most rewarding fitness events out there!

Solo Options:
- Men's Pro or Open
- Women's Pro or Open
Partner Options:
- Men's Pro or Open
- Women's Pro or Open
- Mixed (Men's Open/Women's Pro)
Want to scale the race down further? No problem! Just like all of our workouts at Aevitas, we will help you create an option that works best for you! That could mean running a "Half HYROX" like we've done in previous Pop-ups, or scaling the weights or reps of each station to something more manageable. Either way, come!
How the Heat Times Work
To keep the event flowing smoothly, athletes will start in waves throughout the morning.
Athlete Schedule
Step 1: Register using the link below and follow prompts to select your time! Aevitas members - sign up in the Aevitas App!
Step 2: Arrive at the gym by your registration time and write your name in one of the open heat times
- NOTE: If registering on-site on Sunday, please come early, be prepared to complete a waiver, and note that we may need to push you into a later heat
Step 3: Join a coach-led warm-up and movement briefing
Step 4: Make any final preparations and head to the start line 5–10 minutes before your heat begins
Step 5: Race your heart out and conquer the Half HYROX course!
Step 6: Stick around afterward to cheer on fellow athletes, enjoy a refreshment, and celebrate an awesome morning of fitness and community!

If you've never heard of HYROX before, there's no better introduction than tackling it alongside coaches and fellow members who will be cheering you on every step of the way.
