And just like that, the three-week Aevitas Open has come to a close! This year was full of fun and firsts, like every good Open is!

Read below for Week 3 highlights, and don't forget to RSVP to the After Party this Friday night - can't wait to see you there!

Week 3 Highlights

Check out some of the action we captured during the 26.3 Friday Night Lights event. The Week 3 theme was "Gold Medal Bling" and some of the outfits were downright blinding! Way to bring the spirit, everyone!

As for the workout, it was as "CrossFitty" as they come with burpees over bar, thrusters, and power cleans! Kudos to everyone who left their souls out on the floor to finish the Open with a bang!

To celebrate the completion of the Open, we want to invite everyone out to Don Tequila's this Friday night for an Aevitas Open After Party! We will get the party started around 7:00PM, but come whenever you're able to!

Aevitas Weightlifters Take on the Arnold, ADK Regional Open

Emily Riordan successfully lifted 70kg for the Snatch, and 83kg in the Clean & Jerk, going four for six and earning a Total of 153kg Finally, Connor Lacey , competing in the University Nationals competition, gained a new PR in the Snathwith 114kg, along with a 113kg Clean & Jerk As always, we are so incredibly proud of the lifters for taking on this challenge!
